Project Highlights

Redeveloping Old into New

The Jasper River Centre project solved a decades-long problem of a downtown eyesore sitting vacant and dilapidated. Boxer Girl has redeveloped by preserving the history and character of the own Jasper Cabinet factory into a beautiful space to be enjoyed by busineses, residents, and community members.

Additional Housing

Jasper, Indiana sits within Dubois County with one of the lowest unemployment rates across the state. With several large manufacturers, jobs are plentiful in this area, leading cause to not enough adequate housing so many are traveling long distances to get to and from work in Jasper, Indiana daily.

Community Hub

This project since just north of the Jasper Riverwalk and Jasper City Mill, west of the new Jasper Cultural Center, and adjacent to the Spirit of Jasper Train. We’ve worked hard to make the Jasper River Centre have plenty of outdoor open space for all to enjoy and have unique businesses incorporated within Jasper River Centre that complement the downtown.
